Coloradans Received’t Vote On Vaping Tax In First Legislative Defeat For Gov. Jared Polis

Colorado’s General Assembly is not going to ask voters to approve a new vaping tax and cigarette tax improve, handing Gov. Jared Polis his first legislative defeat within the remaining hours of the legislature’s session.
